Mitchell Shire Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor who will provide a programmed and reactive maintenance service to MSC’s Essential Services – Inspection and Servicing including, but not limited to:

• fire extinguishers
• hydrants
• hose reels
• fire blankets
• smoke alarms
• thermal alarms
• exit and emergency lighting

This is to achieve the most advantageous operation of the existing equipment and associated systems to:

1. Ensure the compliance of all buildings with relevant safety regulations and standards.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ESM activities.
3. Provide a streamlined process for managing and rectifying defects.
