Tender Description
Mitchell Shire Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor who will provide a programmed and reactive maintenance service to MSC’s Essential Services – Inspection and Servicing including, but not limited to:
- fire extinguishers
- hydrants
- hose reels
- fire blankets
- smoke alarms
- thermal alarms
- exit and emergency lighting
This is to achieve the most advantageous operation of the existing equipment and associated systems to:
- Ensure the compliance of all buildings with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ESM activities.
- Provide a streamlined process for managing and rectifying defects.
