Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders for the Design and Construction of the Cardinia Youth Hub, located at 43 James Street, Pakenham.
This exciting project will be a central hub to house Youth Service providers to reflect the growing youth population in the Shire. The services will support Cardinia's youth aged 12-24 and will include specialised services and programs to promote youth mental health and wellbeing, early intervention, education, employment, social connection, personal development and access to activities and safe spaces.
For this Tender, Council requires a Concept Design and Pricing of both Options A and B, as listed within the Tender documents, and will accept either modular or conventional construction proposals.
