UC is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based IWMS to manage assets, space, and maintenance operations. The solution must include a comprehensive feature set and modern functions to manage assets, space management, preventive and corrective maintenance work orders with multiple vendors, scheduling and visual and interactive representations of assets and space.

The IWMS may be a module of a larger enterprise services management system or an independent solution. A front-end interface for customers to lodge service requests is required. This may be through the IWMS or through integration with a service management tool. The IWMS must integrate with the UC’s various building management and administrative systems.
