Melton City Council invites suppliers to submit a Tender for provision of the Services for the design of the Stage 1 Upgrade for the Lake Caroline North Playground and Recreation Area, in alignment with the approved masterplan concept. The services include but are not limited to;

Site assessments to confirm existing underground conditions and soil properties.

Design of a new boat jetty extending into the lake to support water-based activities.

Redesign of the playground and associated feature levels.

Design of a footprint for a potential future café in the northern area, considering building standards, regulations, and existing underground services.

Provision for new public toilets, potentially integrated into the future café facility.
