Tenders are invited for the following contract:
- Upgrade Whittlesea Public Garden Car Park, Lalor
- CONTRACT No. 2025-34
The Council proposes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works under the Contract:
• Upgrade the existing car park and access road. construction of the northern carpark and installation of solar lights
Tenderers should ensure that they read the Tender Documents fully to ascertain the nature of the Works required for the Project and the terms on which the Works are to be performed and tenders are sought.
The work of this contract is to be carried out in accordance with this Specification, the accompanying drawings, and the Terms and Conditions provided by City of Whittlesea, to the requirements of the local authorities and under the administration of the Superintendent.
