TasWater invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Stage 1 Tender response for the role of Program Managing Contractor (PMC) for the Water Metering Framework across Tasmania.

The appointed PMC will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the statewide program of supply, renewal, replacement, and installation of water meters. This framework will facilitate efficient delivery of works while ensuring TasWater maintains strategic oversight of procurement and metering technology integration over the contract term.

This tender process aims to engage a PMC with demonstrated expertise in program management, large-scale meter installations, infrastructure asset delivery, and innovation adoption within a water utility or similar environment.

Tenderers must demonstrate compliance with all criteria outlined in Stage 1 to progress to Stage 2, where detailed evaluation of qualitative and commercial submissions will take place.
