Overview
The Department for Education, Children and Young People (TAS) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to superintend the Main Works and Electronic Security Systems works contracts for the new Tasmanian Youth Justice Facility.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Superintendence of the Main Works contract for the new Tasmanian Youth Justice Facility
- Superintendence of the Electronic Security Systems works contract for the new Tasmanian Youth Justice Facility

Instructions to Tenderers
Access to some documents included in the Request for Tender will be via a dedicated Virtual Data Room. Access will be granted to tenderers upon written request to the Contact Officer, and completion of an Access Form and Confidentiality Deed. These documents include Attachments 1 and 2 of DECYP 2303, NTYJF Superintendent, Conditions of Contract, Attachment 1, Specification.
