The City of Hobart invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of Project Management Consultant Services for the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre Roof Replacement and Associated Remedial Works Project.
The City is seeking to appoint a highly capable consultant to provide strategic project leadership, delivery advice, project management, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration and close-out services for this major capital works project.
The appointed Consultant is expected to act as Councils principal project delivery adviser and manager from project initiation through to completion and close-out.
