Hume City Council is seeking an experienced contractor to conduct a comprehensive survey and assessment of designated roads to enhance its asset management capabilities. The project involves identifying and recording defects, calculating the Pavement Condition Index and Surface Condition Index, providing condition ratings, estimating the remaining useful life of assets, and verifying asset attributes. The collected data will be instrumental in developing the Council’s 10-Year Roads Renewal Program.
