Tender Details
Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The NMA is looking to engage a vendor partner to engage its key stakeholders to uplift the Museum’s legacy project management documentation, including process and threshold optimisation (i.e. what makes a project a Major or a Minor project, as well as risk/issue and decision triggers), and present on the outcomes delivered, including recommendations on a forward project governance framework to the Museum’s Corporate Management forum.
About the project
There is no centralised owner of this function at the Museum, and project teams vary greatly in experience (from highly experienced to extremely new) therefore the outcome required is ensuring the completeness and relevance of the project documentation suite to reduce errors and inconsistencies, enable risks and issues to be identified and mitigated, enable accurate tracking of delivery and decision points, and ensure projects remain compliant with major project thresholds (where applicable) and APS procurement rules; and ensure successful project completion across the full project lifecycle and compliance.
The museum’s suite of projects cover Infrastructure, Applications, Web and Digital, Facilities and Exhibitions; and leverage waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery models.
