Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The engagement required an experienced vendor to delivery business analysis and testing to define and document the Commission's Document Management System (DMS) functional requirements, and data engineering and QA activities to address data mapping gaps across source systems, including reconciliation procedures and monitoring triggers.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting requirements gathering workshops with key FWC stakeholders
- Documenting requirements, prioritisation, story pointing and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps.
- Manage stakeholder engagement within ICT and the broader FWC to ensure project objectives are delivered on
- Conduct gap analysis between the DMS multiple integration systems including PostgreSQL dataset, ReadyCase SQL server and the SharePoint publishing system and provide a set or workable recommendations for delivery
- Establish a KQL monitoring system to alert on data quality or synchronisation issues. This also includes providing the necessary test plans and execution plans for handover
The seller will be expected to report to the Fair Work Commission's CTO and DMS project manager.
