Tender Description
The City of Casey (Council) is a fast growing and vibrant municipality located approximately 35km southeast of Melbourne CBD. Council plans and delivers quality services and infrastructure for the more than 400,000 residents who call Casey home. Council is experiencing increasing demand from the community for an efficient and user-friendly facility booking service. A high-level usage estimate is approximately 100,000 customer interactions per year, climbing to approx. 135,000 by year four. These are indicative figures only and are subject to validation based on the Tenderer's experience with other councils together with marketing and customer uptake of the service.
This problem is not unique to Council, and many other Councils have successfully implemented advanced booking platforms to streamline their processes.
The expected outcome of this project
1. Procure a managed booking service that will allow users to easily book facilities, manage their bookings, and process payments via self service model.
2. The service will also manage bonds on behalf of Casey
