The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

- Prepare a Strategic Internal Audit Plan for submission to the Audit and Risk Committee for approval

-Undertake Strategic Internal Audit Plan projects in accordance with the adopted plan

-Internal Audit Reporting and documentation

-Meeting schedule

-Provide status report of implementation of Audit Plan

-Conduct financial related audits as required

-Liaison with External Auditors

-Conduct Special Investigations as requested by the Chief Executive Officer

-Conduct Probity Audits of larger scale / high value procurement processes or commercial transactions
