Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

The project scope covers all council staff across a total of 14 Council teams dispersed over several Council sites:

-Work collaboratively with Council IT teams to plan and manage the implementation and transition project.

-Work collaboratively with Council teams and Council's Microsoft Teams Calling provider to configure ensure interoperability for call transfers between platforms.

-Proactively identify and manage risks to ensure no unplanned interruptions to Council operations.

-Work collaboratively with Council project teams to provide training and participate in change management activities.
