Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

All tender questions must be raised via the online forum .

The project scope covers all council staff across a total of 30 Council sites:

-Work collaboratively with Council IT teams to plan and manage the implementation and transition project.

-Work collaboratively with Council teams and Council's managed services provider to configure Microsoft Teams Calling and Operator Connect or Direct Routing technologies.

-Manage porting of existing numbers to Microsoft Teams Calling solution.

-Proactively identify and manage risks to ensure no unplanned interruptions to Council operations.

-Work collaboratively with Council project teams to provide training and participate in change management activities.

-Work collaboratively with Contact Centre provider to ensure correct integration between Microsoft Teams and Contact Centre platform.
