Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the Willoughby Growth and Infrastructure Framework. Work will include strategic transport and social infrastructure analysis to identify where local infrastructure investment is needed in Chatswood CBD, a Framework identifying anticipated growth, infrastructure needs, priorities and funding mechanisms, a 5-year refresh of Council's contributions framework, and updates to Council's Planning Agreement Policy.
