Tender Description
Overview
The Reserve Bank of Australia (ABN 50 008 559 486) is seeking proposals for the provision of Carbon Planning and Management Advisor (CPMA) services for the Base Building Design of the 65 Martin Place (65MP) Stage 2 Head Office Redevelopment Project.

- Embedding carbon planning into core decision-making so that material, specification and construction choices are tested early

- Managing carbon performance alongside cost, programme and broader sustainability objectives
- Identifying, recording and guiding reductions in upfront embodied carbon
- Preparing and managing assessment of NABERS Embodied Carbon and relevant Green Star credits
