Soldiers Beach SLSC Roof Sheeting & Structural Renewal

Project / Background:

Soldiers Beach Surf Club roof structure and sheeting is in need of remediation works to reinstate the integrity of the roof structure. This includes but it is not limited to replacing roof sheeting, replacing light-weight steel members affected by corrosion, replacing a fascia beam, recoating other roof members affected by corrosion and treating other steel work to extend the life of the roof structure. The scope includes replacing any other assets located on the roof such as vents, gutters, downpipes and roof anchor points.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.

A Pre-tender briefing will be held commencing 11th February at 10.00am on site at Soldiers Beach SLC 101 Soldiers Point Dr, Norah Head NSW.

Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Cameron Thompson no later than 4PM on Friday 6th February with the names and organisation of those attending.
