Tender Description
The subcontractor is responsible for the complete design, documentation, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty and maintenance of Roofing and Associated Works, including all related supervision, labor, materials, plant and equipment, in full compliance with the Subcontract Documents, Specifications, relevant Australian Standards, NCC, statutory regulations, and project requirements.
The scope includes:
- Design, supply and installation of all roofing elements to specified buildings (e.g., Office Building, Switchrooms, Security Hut, and designated roof zones.
- Installation of metal roofing, sarking, roof battens, flashings, fascias, gutters (with required falls), downpipes, and all roof drainage as per architectural and hydraulic design.
- Compliance with all statutory, council and project-specific requirements, including AS1562.1:2018, AS3500.3:2021, and NABERS.
- Development, submission, and approval of design/shop drawings and BIM deliverables, coordination with AWE and other trades, and integration of Safety in Design (SID) outcomes.
- All necessary inspections, site measures, workshop drawings, and set-out prior to manufacturing and installation.
- Certification of all works, compliance with QA standards (ISO 9001), and provision of operational and O&M manuals.
