Tender Description
The Casey City Council is inviting tenders from experienced and qualified contractors to provide the services detailed in the Tender Specification for Request for Tender CT000934: Casey RACE Solar PV (Photovoltaic) System Extension.
The project, located at Casey Recreation and Aquatic Centre (Casey RACE), 65 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East, Victoria, 3977, involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a 240kW solar PV system on the main roof, integrating it with the existing 99.9kW system for a minimum total system size of 340kW.
Additional capacity up to 10% above 240kW may be considered if the budget allows. The project includes solar PV panels, inverters, cabling, connections, cages, distributor applications and approvals, online monitoring, and integration with the existing PV system to ensure full operational capability.
The Council will not generate Large-scale Generation Certificates (LGCs) from this project, and the solar PV system footprint will be confined to the main roof as per the provided specifications and drawings.
