Forward Procurement Notice

The Department of Education (DoE) intends to issue an Invitation to Tender (ITO) in Quarter 1 of 2025 to establish a contract for System Integration and Implementation Services for SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS). This Forward Procurement Notice is to inform potential suppliers of our intention to advertise shortly.

Overview

DoE is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Professional Services, essential for the build and implementation of the Customer’s Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS), based on SAP SuccessFactors HCM, EC and ECP Software.

Whilst details have not been finalised, the scope of this opportunity is expected to include:

• Full end-to-end activities required to implement the SAP SuccessFactors HCMS (inclusive of reviewing Design documentation, completing Build, Test and Implementation)

• Design & Architecture

• Project Management & Governance

• Business Process Optimisation

• Development Services

• Developing and Maintaining System Documentation

• Integration Services

• Testing Services

• Training Services

• Data Migration Services

• Hypercare Support Services

• Operational Handover
