Tender Description
The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitably licensed and experienced Contractors to provide, maintain, install and monitor the City of Swan Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV Systems including a mobile data service plan.
The Contract will be awarded in separable parts:
(a) Separable part A: Purchase, hire, deployment and maintenance of mobile CCTV cameras
(b) Separable part B: Provision of planned maintenance, reactive and capital works for access control and intrusion detection systems and fixed CCTV systems
(c) Separable part C: Provision of security alarm monitoring
(d) Separable part D: Provision of a shared group data plan and IPX - Static IP (mobile CCTV cameras and stand alone sites)
The Contract will be awarded in separable parts. Tenderers may place a submission for Separable part A and/or Separable part B and/or Separable part C and/or Separable part D. The Principal reserves the right to accept Separable part A and/or Separable part B and/or Separable part C and/or Separable part D. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional to the acceptance of multiple separable parts.
