Tender Description

Provision of facilities management services to Council’s buildings and other assets including but not limited to general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, essential safety measures, electronic security, security patrols and other miscellaneous services.

Contract Term: Three (3) year contract with options on the part of Council to extend for two further terms of two years each.
