Nillumbik Shire Council (Council) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2324-087 for the Provision of Internal Audit Services.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provide to deliver the services.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on 1 March 2025.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years and three (3) months.

Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for a period of 2 x 1 year terms.

The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed five (5) years and three (3) months.

Council anticipates the provision of internal audit services will total no more than 600 hours per annum. The actual hours of work will be agreed by the Audit and Risk Committee based on the internal audit plan to be developed by the successful tenderer.

The contract will be governed by AS4122-2010 - Engagement of Consultants
