Tender Description
The purpose of the project is to install new footpath, underground drainage and associated works at Boort Memorial Hall, 115 Godfrey Street, Boort 3537.
The project requirements:
- Site establishment.
- Cable locator to be engaged to map irrigation assets (solenoid wires) and other utilities.
- Install drainage system as designed connecting building to storm water discharge
- Remove existing paths and install new ramps/access to DDA compliance as drawn
- Install new concrete footpaths and ramps to specs shown in plans
- Supply and install all fixtures, fittings and materials shown on plans
- Install pedestrian layback and modify existing storm water junctions
- Disposal of waste, backfilling grassy edges with topsoil to concrete edges
- Minimize and repair damage to irrigation system
- Retain red brick drain, except where installing storm water pits as drawn
- Overburden of materials to be removed from site.
- Design the applicable irrigation system for remaining grassed areas.
- Provide topsoil where required for rehab grass where required
