Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the replacement of evaporative air conditioning units with new refrigerated units at Byford Secondary College.
The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of 13 existing HCV / evaporative cooling and heating units from classrooms across various blocks at Byford Secondary College and replacing with new refrigerated units. The new refrigerated units are a mixture of cassette units, FCU’s and Fans.
Associated electrical upgrade works are also required to feed the new units, including but not limited to:
- Resetting and replacing circuit breakers and upgrading cables
- Relocation of compressors and circuit breaker adjustment
- Upgrading main circuit breakers
- Possible DB Switchboard replacement.
Works are to be completed by 31 January 2025, before Term 1 of 2025 commences.
