Tender Description
Southern Cross University invites Requests for Quotation ("RFQ") for the provision of Preventative Maintenance to the Fire Protection Services.
The initial Contract term is for (4) years, subject to satisfactory performance that will be determined by Southern Cross University, with an option to extend for a further (5) years by (2) year options exercisable at the sole discretion of the University.
The Contract is a:
a) an annual lump sum per building.
b) a schedule of labour rates for adhoc services; and
c) a schedule of rates for asset replacement.
