Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.

The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

  • Site Preparation - Demolition, Earthworks & Grading
  • Roads & Paving
  • Fencing, Walls, and Edging
  • External Buildings, Furniture and Equipment
  • Drainage & Stormwater Works
  • Electrical & Hydraulic Services
  • Irrigation Works
  • Landscaping

All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
