Tender Description
Fancote park is situated adjacent to the Canning River in Kelmscott. Currently the park features a playground and picnic node, a castle with community value and a riverside walk trail.
The existing playground is due for renewal and it has been envisioned that the existing castle could be reimagined into a play space. The intention of this RFT is to engage an appropriate contractor to undertake a two-phase process, design of the new playground and installation of the playground.
