Tender Description
Ipswich City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified Suppliers to provide software components and implementation services as part of the Human Resources Information System (ElevateHR) project. The solution components to be provided and implemented as part of this ITO include:
• Part A – Human Capital Management
• Part B – Payroll, Time & Attendance and Awards Interpretation, Payment Processing
• Part C – Recruitment Portal
• Part D – Organisation Visualisation Tool
Council will hold a briefing session at 10:00am, Wednesday 11 September 2024, via a Teams Online Meeting. It is not mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer. Suppliers must email their registration of interest for attendance at the Briefing session to the Customer Contact nominated in the ITO documents before 4:00 pm on Monday 9 September 2024. Calendar invitations will be issued to the registered email address on 10 September 2024.
