Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This package seeks suppliers for the provision, licensing, configuration, and support of desktop productivity software for Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games operations.

The scope of work may include, however is not limited to:

• Productivity Applications: Supply and support of widely used desktop software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), PDF editors, and other document management tools for Games-time administrative environments.

• Licensing & Compliance: Management of software licences, renewals, and assurance of compliance with relevant legal, cybersecurity, and data protection standards.

• Technical Support: Ongoing maintenance, updates, and user support for deployed desktop productivity software, including troubleshooting, patching, and version control.

Deployment & Configuration: Installation and configuration of software across multiple user profiles and devices, ensuring compatibility with Games-time IT infrastructure and operational workflows
