This package seeks suppliers for the provision, configuration, integration, and support of People Management and Payroll systems for Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games operations.
The scope of work may include, however is not limited to:
• Human Resource Management: Provision of systems to manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, rostering, time and attendance, and personnel records across Games-time operations.
• Payroll Processing: Delivery of secure and compliant payroll solutions including salary calculations, tax deductions, superannuation, leave management, and end-of-period reporting.
• Licensing & Compliance: Management of system licences and assurance of compliance with Fair Work regulations, tax laws, data privacy standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Technical Support: Ongoing system maintenance, updates, and user support to ensure reliable and accurate payroll and HR operations throughout the Games lifecycle.
Integration & Scalability: Capability to integrate with other Games-time systems (e.g., accreditation, scheduling, finance) and scale to support a dynamic and diverse workforce
