Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from qualified and capable contractors for refurbishment and extension of the existing Greensborough Pavilion at 1/143 Main St, Greensborough VIC 3088.
Brief Scope of works:
• Secure the site.
• Tree management plan.
• Removal and disposal of part of the existing external and internal building walls, roof, concrete footpath and associated works.
• Construct new Home and Away rooms and Umpires room including amenities, storerooms, Kitchen and associated building works.
• Provide as-builts and handover documents.
Contractors will have the opportunity to visit the site with the Project Engineer present on Thursday 29 August 2023 at 10:00 am.
In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.
