The Fire Service team within CSBA manages and delivers infrastructure projects on behalf of Country Fire Authority (CFA).

Provision of Services

CSBA seeks a head contractor who is registered on the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) Construction Supplier Register (CSR) under the New Commercial Construction category to deliver the CFA Wyndham Vale Fire Station under the CSBA Fire Services portfolio of works.

The period of contract works is two (2) years including Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Summary of Scope of Works

The scope of works is for the construction delivery of a new Type 2B, 3-Bay Volunteer Fire Station at the specified location of works in Wyndham Vale.

Tenderers will provide a fee proposal for the CFA Wyndham Vale Fire Station exclusively. CSBA will review offers for value for money, sound understanding and capacity to deliver the scope of works, as well as against other criteria.
