Tender Description
The City has successfully secured external funding to support the redevelopment of its landholdings at Riverside Gardens in Bayswater into an Urban Forest. This project will see the conversion of approximately six hectares of open grassland at Riverside Gardens East along Memorial Drive and undeveloped vacant land west of Eric Singleton Bird Sanctuary into a revitalised natural area parkland. This tender includes landscaping, irrigation, and all other associated works to be delivered in a staged construction method as per the attached Specification and Contract Document for Riverside Gardens Urban Forest Landscape and Irrigation Works.
Accordingly, the detailed requirements are set out in the attached Specification and Contract Document for Riverside Gardens Urban Forest Landscape and Irrigation Works and should be read as if issued by the City. For brevity, that document shall be referred to hereinafter as the Emerge Associates Specification and Contract Terms.
