AQWA (The Contracting Client) and Plus Project Management Services WA (AQWA Construction Manager) invite you to submit a quote for the above exciting and landmark project, due to commence on site in early September 2026, and to be completed by December 2027. As the Client under AS4916, AQWA will enter trade contracts with each provider of services and will make payments to each trade contractor.
This model removes significant financial risk for trade contractors and suppliers, normally associated with smaller building companies. We trust that this model will be attractive for contractors and suppliers, and result in competitive pricing. PPMSWA, as Construction Manager, will undertake all project management and contract administration for AQWA on this project. PBWA invites you to submit a Lump Sum Consulting Fee Quote / Lump Sum Trade Quote / Trade Rates.
