Our price submission proposed that we would seek recommendations annually from a group of customer representatives, on the extent to which we’ve achieved each measure and outcome, and how much we should return to customers when an outcome is not met.
This contract is for ongoing facilitation support for either, or both of, the annual performance assessment process and ongoing engagement to explore a range of topics with our customers from time to time
