Tender Description
Bayside City Council (“Principal”) is the land manager and owner of a 3 hectare area formally known as the CSIRO Highett site and have recently adopted a masterplan to develop this site in to a conservation reserve.
The Principle has previously engaged a consultant to develop a Conservation Management Plan (Attachment A - CMP) to guide through the works required to preserve significant vegetation and implement the long time goals of an environmental reserve.
Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in eProcure and not to any invidual Council Officer.
