Emotional Intelligence Suite of Professional Learning

⁠⁠⁠The Opportunity:

The aim of this procurement is to identify a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide and deliver a suite of modularised emotional intelligence program offerings for assistant principals and principals to build higher levels of emotional intelligence, for a contract term of 2 years.

The Academy currently offers two different programs to develop the EI capabilities of Victorian school leaders:

• Lead, Empower & Thrive with Emotional Intelligence with a target audience of principals, assistant principals, and middle leaders
• Leading with Emotional Intelligence for candidates of the Victorian Aspiring Principals Assessment (VAPA).

The emotional intelligence suite of professional learning will be an off-the-shelf offering, aligned to a recognised emotional intelligence framework that is designed to lift the EI of school leaders across the state with flexibility to:

• Enable curated content that meets the needs of a given Network and its targeted audiences. For example, of the six modules this procurement aims to procure, a Network will be able to select which two of the modules are a best fit for a half day workshop to meet their need.
• Support the socialisation of the Academy Leadership Excellence Framework (ALEF) dispositions.

The Academy is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide and deliver:

1. a full day online program and
2. a suite of emotional intelligence modules to be delivered online, but that can be curated to form onsite half-day offerings for Networks across the State.

These offerings should be aligned to a recognised emotional intelligence framework.
