Tender Description
Tenders are invited from open space asset cleaning contractors for the cleaning, preventative maintenance, security and reporting of Exeloo public toilets in open space and on streets within the City of Stonnington.
Exeloo public toilets in the City of Stonnington are found in parks and reserves (10) and on streets (6) throughout the municipality. The cleaning, servicing and maintenance of Exeloo Public Toilets is a Fee Schedule Contract for three (3) years with the option for three 1 year extensions at the sole discretion of Council.
Cleaning contractors will be required to deliver clean, tidy and hygienic Exeloo public toilets that minimises inconvenience to facility users and ensures high quality, safe and functional facilities. The Exeloo public toilets will need to be maintained in a good state of repair with fixtures, fittings and other relevant materials in place. The service will ensure that Exeloo public toilets are available to the public between specified hours.
