Tender Description

The City of Unley (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of the construction and maintenance of paved footpath assets within the City of Unley (the Services).

Works involve the construction of paved footpaths across the City of Unley Council area, and include, but are not limited to:

  1. Excavation and dumping of existing end of life footpaths (asphalt, pavers, concrete),
  2. Supply and construction of new paver rubble base and bedding sand,
  3. Laying of pavers of varying shape and material type to both residential and main street precinct footpaths and driveway crossovers,
  4. Pick up and relay of existing paved footpaths,
  5. Works to make good including residential stormwater outlets, edge plinths, verge backfill, and haunching,
  6. All associated work zone traffic management and resident notification of works,
  7. All remedial work including inspection and service pit adjustments and match ins.

The works DO NOT include the supply of pavers. Pavers will be sourced directly by Council and in collaboration with the contractor.
