Tender Description
Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to supply quarry products through a panel contract. The contract will be for a three-year term with price changes according to CPI each year. The Council will have the option of two, one year extensions at the end of the initial three-year term forming a potential five year term all up.
Council reserves the right to accept more than one tender. Council at times may require more than one contractor to provide these services and as such a single contractor shall not be used exclusively.
