Provision of Gravel Supply - Panel of Suppliers

⁠⁠⁠Strathbogie Shire Council requires the renewal of it's Gravel Supply Contract. The contract specifies the required materials for use on our sealed and unsealed road network.

Tendereres are to supply a complete Schedule of Rates containing pricing for all required gravel products and distance based delivery charges (price per tonne per kilometer). Materials include large ballast rock, road base material and sealing aggregate. There materials will then be utilised in Council road maintenance and construct6ion practices, regarding resheeting and road upgrade programs, but also for minor patching and surfacing requirements.

Contract term is three (3) years with x2 single year extensions (3 + 1 + 1)

Tenders will be received until 4pm (AEDST) Friday 26 June 2026

Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only.

Tenders can be only lodged on line through the Tendering portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.
