Banyule City Council proposes to engage a Lead Design Consultant for the Shelley Park Pavilion Redevelopment. The successful consultant will be appropriately experienced and resourced to undertake the design for the Shelley Park Pavilion located at 23 Shelley Street, Heidelberg Heights VIC 3081.

The project involves the renovation for the ground floor and extension (second floor) of the Shelley Park Pavilion in accordance with the design brief as outlines in Section 3.2 of this document and existing plans as referenced in the Appendix.

The total project budget for the proposed work is $3,000,000 inclusive of all project cost, including all consultant and sub-consultant fees.

An overview of the works required includes but is not limited to:

• Site survey and investigations

• Concept designs

• Obtaining of planning permit (if not required)

• Detailed design

• Obtaining of building permit

• Specification Development and Contract Documentation

• Contract administration
