Tender Description

Moreton Bay City Council is seeking to establish a PREQUALIFIED SUPPLIER ARRANGEMENT (PSA) PANEL FOR CIVIL & MARINE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.

This supplier arrangement is being established as Council’s primary means of procuring constructors for civil and marine projects over $500k in value. The arrangement will be structured into a number of supplier panel categories to align with Council’s typical project delivery requirements, recognising the differing scale and capabilities required, as well as both construction and design & construct delivery methods.

The arrangement will also be established with a focus on building more effective long-term working relationships with appointed contractors.

The Civil & Marine Construction Services Prequalified Supplier Arrangement represents a new direction for Moreton Bay City Council in the way it procures civil and marine infrastructure construction services. It is the second of five proposed new supplier arrangements being established to underpin capital delivery needs and will be complemented by landscaping, building, pathway and dredging services supplier arrangements as their procurements are progressed over the coming months.
