Redland City Council (RCC) is seeking a head contractor for the construction of footpath renewals and expansions across several sites within the Redland City area.

Scope

The scope includes construction of the following works:

  • SP1 PDG-44130-1: Footpath expansion, Larbonya Cres, Capalaba
  • SP2 PDG-44240-1: Footpath expansion, Silvara Cir Park, Capalaba
  • SP3 PDG-44888-1: Kerb ramps renewal, corner of Bunker Rd and Intrepid Drive, Victoria Point
  • SP4 PDG-44980-1: Footpath expansion, Wellington Street, Ormiston
