Tender Description
Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor for the 2023-2024 Resheet Program. The program involves resheeting works on several roads throughout Mansfield Shire.
The Contract will include supply and placement of gravel and other materials as required, reconstruction of road bases, work on drainage and related works as discussed in this tender document.
Tenders must include the provision of all necessary labour, equipment, materials and any other resources required to complete the works to a satisfactory standard by the required deadline.
With the tender submission, the contractor will supply independent third-party testing results from a NATA accredited laboratory within the last 3 months, which demonstrate that the proposed material conforms to the specifications listed in Section 5 of this tender document.
Contractors are to provide the proposed material source on each road segment. Note that the Contractor may source material from multiple quarries to achieve the best value and the best quality outcome for Council, provided that the material meets the specification.
