Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the ground upgrade works at Loyola Reserve Baseball Field and Cricket Ground. The works will include all associated services generally incorporated in the approved drawings, plans and specification. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project.
The works include, but not limited to the following:
• Earthworks;
• Drainage works;
• Irrigation re-instatement works; and
• Turfgrass establishment.
In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.
