SERVICE REQUIRED:

Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations, the Tenderer, who are interested in obtaining a lease to operate and fit out a cafe at 400 Barrenjoey Road, Bilgola Beach.

The cafe comprises a kitchen, store area, and servery together with an undercover seated dining area allowing for 40 seats. The leased area totals 125.7sqm approx. internal and external areas.

The successful Tenderer may set up and begin trading with their own equipment in the Cafe.

Any fit out of the Cafe is to be carried out by the successful tenderer, if applicable, see D8 and F11.

Site Briefing:

A site briefing will be held on 11 July 2024 at 330pm. Respondents should ensure they review all documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing.

Lodgement:

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
