Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Richards Drive Reserve and Lance Hawke Park in Morphett Vale have been scheduled to be upgraded in the 24/25 Financial Year.

• Richards Drive is classed as a neighbourhood family reserve. It is bordered between Wirreanda Secondary School, Richards Drive and the Coast to Vines Shared Use Trail. It currently consists of two separate play spaces, fitness equipment and irrigated lawn area

• Lance Hawke Park is classed as a Local Family Park, it is bordered by Ormiston Road, Simpson Court with access onto Leslie Court. It currently consists of play equipment, some which will be removed and disposed of and others which will be repaired as per the design documents.
